Experiences are available to in-house guests and a limited number of day visitors by advance reservation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Participant Limits: Each experience requires a minimum of two participants (2 pax). These limits are set for safety, logistical, and experiential quality reasons.

Booking Confirmation: Your spot is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a formal confirmation from our reservations team.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by Guests: Full refunds are granted for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the experience start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Enashipai: We reserve the right to cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns). In this event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Health, Safety & Conduct: The safety and enjoyment of all our guests are paramount. Participants must adhere to all guidelines provided by our guides and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.
