YOUR ITINERARY
11:00 AM | Arrival & Welcome Arrive at Enashipai Resort and Spa. Meet your chef instructor over welcome coffee or tea, and discuss the menu you will create together.
11:30 AM | Hands-On Cooking Return to the open-air kitchen or cooking station. Aprons on, sleeves rolled up. Under your chef’s patient guidance, you will:
- Prepare and marinate meats or fish with traditional spice blends
- Chop, sauté, and stir as the dishes take shape
- Learn techniques passed down through generations
- Ask questions, taste as you go, and make the recipes your own
1:00 PM | The Feast Sit down to the meal you have created. It is served family-style, meant for sharing. Your chef joins to answer final questions, share more stories, and toast your success. The food tastes different when you have had a hand in its making—deeper, more connected.
2:30 PM | Departure Take home new skills, new recipes, and the memory of a meal made with your own hands. Or extend your stay to explore more of what Enashipai offers.
OPTIONAL EVENING EXTENSION
For a sunset cooking experience, begin at 3:00 PM, cook as the light softens, and dine under the stars.
