  Stayed here for a night on our way back from Lake Nakuru towards Nairobi. Check in was good, staff are friendly and helpful, took our bags to the room, all... read more the usuals you’d expect from the wonderfully hospitable Kenyan people.

Hotel room was dated. The hotel supposedly won awards 10 years ago, it feels very much like these were the same rooms unchanged since then. Also could hear every time people in the room above moved around, really thin walls I guess.
Restaurant was a letdown - the main events were the fresh pasta and the chicken wellington, both of which ran out before we arrived for dinner - we only arrived maybe 45 minutes after dinner service started. My wife was able to get a nice pitta as a result but when I went for it, no pittas left, just fillings. Pretty disappointed with the restaurant experience.

Facilities were good, pool is nice and gym was decent, in particular there was a young lad who was deadlifting wrong and the member of staff went over and started helping him with form, was impressed with this.
Checkout again easy.

All in all, I think it was just poor facilities and poor restaurant planning letting the staff down

I was able to book a boat ride in the Lake Naivasha before check-out and the guide was was good at his work. The Siyara Spa excellent. I booked for Siyara Signature Massage. I will only say that, the carts were delaying which makes you attend meetings late

The Sauna! Laaaaawd does it feel to be in some outer space!

Amazing indoor games space, gym, swimming pool..excetra

The bikes .. but i didn't have time to explore that. However, it was good to learn they do have that.

And the icing on the cake, the walk to Lake Naivasha, what a bliss of heaven!
