I even called in advance and the same Githinji assured me 2 rooms with double beds were ready. Only for us to arrive and he started giving me an attitude and stories of how we were getting a room with 2 singles , no availability etc etc..

In February 2023, I booked your hotel through the same guy only for one of your front office attendants to attempt kicking me out on the 2nd day claiming that rooms were already booked. How now?

Totally incompetent front office staff. You have made my family miserable never again!!!
