Maureen and Gladys were some members of staff who were so friendly and worked hard to make our stay pleasant. Japheth drove us around in the golf cart and was there when we needed him. The boat ride around Lake Naivasha allowed us to see a whole bunch of animals and birds up close. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
