  We chose the honeymoon package with great expectations, and to our delight, Enashipai exceeded all of them. The warm reception and hospitality distinguished Enashipai from others. Despite our very late arrival, we were informed that, even after checkout, we were entitled to lunch, spa access, and 4pm tea that we missed on the check-in day. Most staff members were accommodating, except for a lady at the coffee lounge who had difficulty understanding our request for tea after checkout. Although a minor miscommunication, she opted to engage in a back-and-forth with us. Eventually, she called reception to confirm, still expressing disagreement with the receptionist which we thought we didn't have to hear. We felt unwelcome and guilty for stirring trouble which isn't entirely true. This contrasted sharply with the warm and exceptional service we received everywhere else. Despite this encounter, which we felt was completely unnecessary, it was overshadowed by the overall positive experience. We highly rate Enashipai and plan to make it our preferred holiday destination for years to come. Thank you, Enashipai, for your outstanding service.   We spent 2 nights at enashipai with our 2 kids. The hotel has a kids club and an outdoor playground as well as large areas of greenery.

Our room... read more was spacious and the beds comfortable. There could have been an extra chair and sun lounger on the terrace. Though a bit dated everything in the room worked well and it was kept very clean throughout our stay.

The staff was excellent, they were all very pleasant and attended to our needs at all times.

The food at all meals was varied and good.

The water in the pool was too cold for our kids so we didn't spend much time in the water.

The boat ride is a truly nice experience and we saw many birds as well as hippos and animals on crescent Island
