  We made a trip to Enashaipai resort in December 2022 just before new year. We were two families and booked a four bedroom cottage. This is the fouth visit I... read more have made to Enashipai! The ambiance right from the gate is serene and the staff at the reception are very professional. The cottages are also very well appointed and offered unrivalled privacy. The meals were good especially the African Cuisine that they would blend in with the continental and Indian cuisine. There were plenty of games for children complete with a clown!! the themed dinners were also a very welcome concept.

Cleanliness of the room was top notch! thanks to Isaac, the house keeping staff who made sure we slept in a spotless environment on a daily basis.

The hospitable members of staff in every corner of the hotel who were always there to help and assist with information/services whenever we felt stuck were exceptional. Mike, at the reception desk was really helpful when I needed information about anything concerning my stay. Elosy, the FO manager who effected a slight change of our arrangement upon request was quite professional in how she handled the issue, something that I highly appreciated. William, the polite guy who drives the buggy was super friendly and always offered to give us a lift whenever he found us walking on the narrow path from our room, something that I found totally different from the other drivers who never offered at all. ( on a lighter note)

One thing that stood out was the professionalism of security officers attached at the main gate. These ladies and gentlemen deserve all the accolades, as they follow the same security procedures every single time we pulled up, and with a lot of respect and regard to guests.

Food was great too and there was a lot to choose from the buffet.

In summary, it is safe to say that Enashipai deserved every single pound that we spent throughout our stay!
