Oh! before I forget, we were meant to check in a day before but due to riots in Kimende, we had to turn back and spend the night in Nairobi. Called the reception (Bilha) and she was kind enough to move our booking to the next day. Thought we would not be allowed given we had already made the payment. This honestly was the highlight of it all, thank you for your understanding and consideration. Really appreciate it.

Staff, facilities, refreshments and audio visual were everything you would expect from a 1st class conf facility. Rooms, food and general environment put the delegates at their ease

Above all a shout out to conf manager Tabitha..many of those folks hide behind the front line staff in their offices but she is out and about, never far away, super attentive, friendly and will go the extra mile to get the little things done

  My first experience here in 2010 was better. The rooms are not as nice (smaller/ stuffy/old) plus no advance warning on how the rooms look like now. There was many... read more mosquitoes and very many wasps. Grass was dry and prickly. Room service slow. I love that they went an extra mile and decorated my room for my birthday but I don't think I will be coming back. It's not what I expected. Thought things would have been better and different.
