  Stayed as a family of 3 (10 year old son) for 1 day as part of a safari, the hotel is really close to lake Naivasha, in fact on its... read more shoreline and so great for the boat safari's. Unfortunately it rained, pretty much constantly that we were at the hotel and the pool was too cold to swim in, but our little guy loved the games room with ping pong, pool and multiple gaming machines. The food and drink and staff were excellent, one gripe that we did have was that the extra bed in the room didn't have a mosquito net, whereas the main bed did... so we couldn't with good conscious leave our little guy to the mercy of bites, whilst we were covered over, albeit with a large hole in our net and so it was a 3 in the bed night for us, which the hotel did acknowledge and outlined plans to resolve, I would give a GOOD rating rather than average, but it's not an option for an overall Tripadvisor rating, hence Average as I can't stretch to very good.

  Held a 50 person conference at Enahsipai. Were very accommodating to our needs, flexible when required, and showed genuine concern as to anything we raised. Only issue we had was some delegates had outstanding accommodation cost after having paid online the full amount required.

  A good place to remember and come back again because of the refreshing and enjoyable moments are at the high top notch.

  I experienced an excellent place for retreat and concentration, but also for holidays with family. I highly appreciate your service quality and the kindness of your staff. Your restaurant, food,... read more breakfast, gym, Sauna, etc. are fantastic, particularly as these services are provided in a package. But personally, I found too dark your avenues during the night, if you could add light to make them clearer even during the night, and never to forget to provide watch in Room 456. I hope to be back to Enashipai to have a great holiday with my family. Congratulations.
