  We had just under 100 staff and board members come from 37 countries to Enashipai for our first-ever all-staff retreat. It has truly set the standard for future staff retreats!... read more The staff were extremely communicative throughout the process, prompt and helpful for responses and requests even before we arrived and while were finalizing preparations. Once we were there, the experience continued to exceed expectations. They were super friendly, helpful and accommodating even some of our odd requests as a large group. Cannot recommend highly enough both the conference and guest accommodations. Many of our staff took advantage of the spa during the time and it exceeded all of our expectations, as well. Even though some of our staff were there for more than a week and eating all meals at the resort, the variety and quality of food were never an issue. They also easily accommodated all of our dietary requests and kept food labeled accordingly.

The food seems bland for a West... read more African, with very little variety. As an international hotel, I'd suggest you try incorporating dishes from other African countries into your menu. Also, the hot water in the villa rooms takes ages to flow when you open the tap or the shower, kindly check that.
