  Everything about the rooms was excellent. Golf carts to take people around is a great touch as the property is big and easy to get lost in. The buffet however... read more needs to lower the use of dairy as it was literally in 95% of the food offered (quite unnecessary for local foods like chapati and beef stew to have dairy in them). For dairy & lactose intolerant guests this made the stay very difficult and the nights unrestful.

  The place is great, with a lovely environment and connection to nature. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff are really great and helpful, the facilities are good.

The... read more only shortfall is that the steam room was not working, the pool is located in a rather uncomfortable area, which make it in usable. You feel like you are on display swimming next to a dinning room full of people.

It would be great if the hotel considered to build a pool in a better location that is a little more private for the guests to use.

The hotel may also want to check the plumbing. My room shower (Rm. 504) was flooding and water was hardly draining. I had to shower in a paddle.

Generally the stay was comfortable, restful and productive.
