  We came to eat on Sunday 18.09 noon, we were installed in a garden. After serving, 2 monkeys came to destabilize us and one climbed a tree peed on our... read more plates. The waiters who took our plates informed us that they will be changing the meal. After 45min of waiting without anything, we asked if we can take away our meal as we should hit the road. After an hour 10, they brought us the boxes to take away and we proceed to the payment. Before leaving, we thought to check and we found that they put exactly the same food that we had asked to be changed. We reported this and were told they cooked new fish but it was a lie. We had many conversations with the manager but no positive solution. We left the boxes and paid 5000ksh for nothing. The way we were treated remains unacceptable for a hotel of this level!
