Hotel room was dated. The hotel supposedly won awards 10 years ago, it feels very much like these were the same rooms unchanged since then. Also could hear every time people in the room above moved around, really thin walls I guess.
Restaurant was a letdown - the main events were the fresh pasta and the chicken wellington, both of which ran out before we arrived for dinner - we only arrived maybe 45 minutes after dinner service started. My wife was able to get a nice pitta as a result but when I went for it, no pittas left, just fillings. Pretty disappointed with the restaurant experience.

Facilities were good, pool is nice and gym was decent, in particular there was a young lad who was deadlifting wrong and the member of staff went over and started helping him with form, was impressed with this.
Checkout again easy.

All in all, I think it was just poor facilities and poor restaurant planning letting the staff down
