ENASHIPAI FURAHA REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

NATURE AND HOLDERSHIP

  1. Eligibility:

Individuals over 18 years old are eligible for the Enashipai Furaha Rewards Program (“the Program”). Membership accounts are personal and Not transferable.

Definitions:

  • “Member”: A person enrolled in the Furaha Rewards Program.
  • “Active”: Members who have actively used their membership by earning and redeeming points.
  • “Rewards”: Exclusive amenities and services provided to a Member based on earned points.
  • “Website”: Rewards access website operated by Enashipai Resort where Members can manage their accounts.
  • “Calendar Year”: A 12-month period of membership.
  • “Transaction”: Crediting or debiting points from a Member’s account.

 

PROGRAM AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Membership Enrollment:
  • Enashipai Resort and Spa reserves the right to grant or refuse Membership.
  • Membership is non-transferable and may only be utilized by the member.
  • Misuse of program benefits may result in immediate termination or suspension of membership.
  1. Program Modification:

Enashipai Resort and Spa reserves the right to modify the program structure, benefits, and other features including the Terms and Conditions or terminate the program at any time.

Membership, points, rewards, and benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Enashipai Resort and Spa.

  1. Withholding and Termination:

Enashipai Resort and Spa may terminate or suspend Membership or withdraw benefits for misuse or violation of Terms and Conditions.

Members acknowledge that Enashipai Resort and Spa may decline to issue or withdraw Loyalty points at any time.

  1. Program Communication:

Members consent to receive communications regarding the Program, including promotions and updates, via email or other channels.

 

APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

  1. Enrollment:

Membership enrollment is free and can be done directly on the Enashipai website.

All required information for Membership applications must be supplied accurately and in full.

  1. Membership Account:

Members are responsible for all operations related to their account.

The Furaha Rewards membership account is non-transferrable and may only be used by the member.

 

PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

  1. Eligibility:

The program is open to individuals over 18 years old.

Enrollment is free and minors are not eligible to participate.

  1. Membership Conduct:

Members must adhere to the program’s terms and conditions and may not engage in fraudulent activities.

Bonus points may be earned for specific offers sent to Members from time to time.

  1. Data Security:

Members should not disclose their account information to others to prevent fraud.

 

EARNING OF POINTS AT ENASHIPAI

  1. Eligible Rate:

Points can be earned on eligible rates for accommodation, food and beverage, and spa treatments.

Members will not earn points on certain services such as events and outside catering.

REWARD REDEMPTION

  1. Qualification for Rewards:

Members must have sufficient points in their account to redeem rewards.

Rewards are not transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the account.

Rewards may not be sold or transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

RESERVATIONS POLICIES

  1. Cancellation and No Shows:

Confirmed reservations will be charged unless canceled within 24 hours of the arrival date.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment for reward bookings received.

TERMS OF CLAIMING REWARDS

  1. Claiming Rewards:

Members must present their Furaha Rewards membership details along with valid identification to claim rewards.

Rewards must be redeemed in strict accordance with the specified procedures.

 

PROGRAM COMMUNICATION

  1. Communication Channels:

Members can access information regarding their points status online through the Enashipai website.

By being a member, individuals agree to accept communications from Enashipai Resort and Spa via email or other channels.

 

PRIVACY OF DATA AND APPLICABLE LAW

  1. Data Processing:

Personal data provided to the program may be collected and processed by Enashipai Resort and Spa for program management and operation.

Participants may exercise their rights regarding personal data processing in accordance with applicable laws.

 

CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Acceptance of Changes:

Enashipai Resort and Spa reserves the right to change or alter the Terms and Conditions with no prior communication. Continued use of the program implies acceptance of any alterations.

 

CANCELLATIONS CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES

  1. Membership Termination:

Members may terminate their membership by submitting written notice to the Furaha Rewards office.

Enashipai Resort and Spa may suspend or terminate membership for misuse or violation of Terms and Conditions.

 

TERMINATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Liability Limitation:

Enashipai Resort and Spa and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from program benefits.
