At the reception, we requested for a boatride and dinner buffet. Time was around 4pm-ish. We had a boatride while waiting for diner time which we were told is served from 7pm. Staff at the reception new very well that, we were not "residents" there. 7pm came and we went to the dining room. We were lead to another place which had like a festival. We arrived there and inquired with the staff who were there about diner. We were told the diner was "exclusive" for the group that had booked/blocked the entire hotel. The staff went on saying that the group had paid alot of money which was quite expensive for us. The staff who was telling us all this was next to another staff by the name moses. We were told its too bad, we should go back to the main dining room and ask for ala carte. Knowing how long it takes for such meal to be prepared with a family who have been waiting for this dinner for the better part of sunday afternoon, we decided to leave. We went to the reception and the staff there could not help anything. We learned that, staff don't pay attention to the clients there. In fact, you with your "small" money, you cant fit there at enashipai. we left hungry and angry. Time was approaching 8pm. Did i mention the manager was there at the reception and the only thing she could do is to leave us there and went to her office?
